At sight it presents a bright yellow color with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles that form a continuous rosary. Citrus and tropical fruit notes appear on the nose along with more complex aging aromas (roasted, brioche) that enrich the aromatic palette. Creamy, broad and persistent on the palate.
